Measuring what matters instead of what is easy to count

Engagement is easy to measure and often misleading. Time spent in a drafting tool is not obviously a good thing.

We track completion instead: did the person finish the agreement they came to finish, and how much friction did it take.

It is a harder number to move, and a more honest one.
